Tempranillo & Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
A classic sweet red wine.
We choose the Tempranillo and the Cabernet Sauvignon from the La Torreta estate, because of its great exposure of sun. The grapes were allowed to over ripen to obtain this natural sweetness.
Any kind of dessert, especially Les Postres de Music (typical Catalan dessert based on nuts).
Serve at 16-18ºC.
Maceration and fermentation of the two varieties together at a controlled temperature of 24 – 26ºC. Prolonged during seven days, and afterwards the fermentation was stopped with a sudden descent of the temperature and the addition of sulfurous.
Ageing 13 months in new and second year French oak barrels from Allier.
Ruby color with an edge of cherry, medium layer.
On the nose it smells of hazelnuts and raspberry jam with notes of menthol.
Generous and expressive in the mouth, where the fruit becomes more notable, opening the range of jam of wild strawberries and cherries, everything with a sweetness and softness that persists in the palate.
