The freshness from the Foix mountains and a light maceration of the ripe garnatxa grapes are the key of this very special rosé, smooth, lively and elegant.
The paleness is color contrasts with the fruit intensity on nose and mouth.

100% Grenache cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
Apperitive, mild cheese, salads, summer dishes.
Serve at 7-10ºC.
After a light skin maceration to obtain this pale color, the grapes were lightly pressed and then fermented during 23 days in stainless steel tanks at an average temperature of 16ºC.
No oak ageing.
Very pale rosé color.
On the nose it surprises for its intensity, ripen red fruits are predominating aromas.
Elegant, smooth and fruity, with a very good acidity.
