Close to the sky, on the top of the highest Penedes mountains, is where the freshest and most perfumed grapes of Xarel·lo and Sauvignon Blanc grown.

After a light skin maceration during 4 hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 18 days at an average temperature of 16ºC. After finished fermentation the wine was kept in contact with the thin lees from the fermentation during 3 months with daily battonages.
Pale yellow colour.
Very intense aroma of flowers and white fruit with a citric and mineral reminiscence.
Fresh and smooth, full of nuances. Floral and citric notes are more present in the mouth, good acidity and long aftertaste.
