Serve at 16ºC. Decant before serving.
Pre-cold maceration of 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC in open new oak French barrels of 400L.
14 months in new French oak barrels of 400L.
Deep ruby colour with purple tinges.
Intense on the nose, with reminiscences of graphite, wet earth, black berries jam, eucalyptus and mineral notes.
Powerful, with a high quantity of great quality tannins, sweetness and velvety. Mineral notes, especially graphite, excellent acidity and very long aftertaste.
